Application
IMPORTANT NOTICE - this is a juried festival, all requests for vendor space will be placed on a waitlist until approval. We are at full capacity on these types of vendors: lemonade/drink trucks, bakeries.
Festival Location
Depot Street, College Street and Academy Street will be the location, the same area as the annual Iris Festival.
Registration Dates
Setup — Friday, October 23rd, from 5:30-7 p.m. and Saturday, October 24th, from 7-9 a.m.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER September 24, 2026. Booths for crafters - $110, Food vendors - $225, and Merchant Sponsors - $350.
Eligibility
The Greene County Partnership reserves the right to remove any work which does not reflect the caliber of that presented in the slides or photos, or work considered to be in poor taste. All crafts, traditional and contemporary, including photography and painting, will be considered. All work must be original to the exhibitor. Any commercially-made embellishments must be subordinate to the handcrafted work.
Sales
All sales must be handled by the exhibitor. Local sales tax must be collected. Tax materials will be in the registration packet received at check-in.
Setup
Exhibitors are responsible for their own displays, including tables and tents. The show will be held, rain or shine, and each exhibitor should make arrangements for wind or rain. Arrangements for electricity have to be made in advance. There will be an additional cost of $20 for electricity. Your vehicle may not be brought onto the grounds until 5 p.m. after the festival hours.
Not a Crafter or a Food Vendor But Still Want to Participate?
We have a few spaces open for special Merchant booths, who are willing to sponsor the festival for $350. Your logo will be included on the festival marketing materials.
