Entry-Level Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Position Summary

411 Industries is currently hiring entry level assembly associates. Associate is responsible for assembling products and components in a production environment according to company standards, safety guidelines, and production schedules. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components using hand tools, power tools, and/or machinery
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and efficiency targets
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
• Package finished goods for shipment as needed
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (adjust based on your needs)
• Repetitive use of hands and arms
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• May be exposed to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas

Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time 
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
